Happy Christmas Eve and a snippet from WHAT A GODDESS WANTS

This won't be out until July but here's a little taste of WHAT A GODDESS WANTS, the first book in my Forgotten Goddesses series from Sourcebooks Casablanca.

It’s OK no one remembers Etruscan Sun goddess Tessa.
But when a demon threatens her life, she must turn to
mythology’s darkest warrior for protection...

Caligo of the Cimmerians has never met a woman as
warm, sunny and inviting as Tessa. Their sizzling mutual
attraction quickly sweeps the two of them into a love
story that’s worthy of the gods...

EXCERPT:

Who the fuck would be stupid enough to break through his wards and then fall asleep waiting for him to get home?

Obviously someone who didn’t know him.

Well, they were about to get up close and personal. Pulling the knife from his pants pocket, he got ready to fight.

Turning the knob a quarter inch at a time so it wouldn’t squeak, he pushed open the door. When no one started shooting at him or screaming, he stuck his head through the opening.

And spotted his very own Goldilocks passed out on his couch.

Didn’t she know the real ending of Goldilocks and the three bears? Goldi became dinner. But what a meal she’d make.

Thanks so much Cecile. When I opened the file with the cover, I actually gave a little squeal. I hope everyone loves the story just as much.
